Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to your details when you contact Same Page Search. Same Page Search is a trading name of your full name, sole trader, your business address. I'm the person responsible for your data (the "data controller"). You can contact me at your email address.
What I collect
When you use the contact form or email me, I collect what you send: your name, email and phone number, your business name and postcode or town, and your answers to the optional questions about your business.
Why I use it
- To reply to you and run the free check you asked for.
- To follow up about my services, if you've asked me to.
The legal basis is your request (taking steps before a possible contract) and my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Who else sees it
Messages from the contact form are stored in my Google account (Google Sheets) and emailed to me through Gmail. Google processes this data on my behalf. I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for marketing.
How long I keep it
If we don't end up working together, I delete your enquiry after 12 months. If you become a client, I keep records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
